By requesting a commission you declare you are 18 or older.

I reserve the right to terminate client interaction if there is reason to suspect that the client is a minor.

All communication will be done via email by default if not given a different form of communication.

All personal information will remain confidential.

I reserve the right to decline any and all commissions requested for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate in English, or a breach in T.O.S. A refund may or may not be issued due to certain circumstances.

I reserve the right to change any and all commission information at any time.

I will not be held responsible for any mistakes or missing information on a completed commission, it is the clients responsibility to provide me with all information and details necessary as well as making sure what they agree to throughout each stage of the commission is what they actually want.

Commissions may vary from base price due to factors such as addons; fees; details; complications; and my artistic ability.

Art will be sent to clients via their preferred form of communication.

Excessively complaining about prices

Violent behavior and being argumentative

Haggling a already agreed to price

Breaching my T.O.S

Any Behavior that violates my Terms and Conditions, and is unprofessional in anyway will not be tolerated. Clients will be subject to being blacklisted from commissioning me. So I ask that you please be respectful.

(The usage of "Unprofessional" does not mean you need to be formal when we speak, please just remain respectful.)

I reserve full copyrights to the image(s) and its usage.

I reserve the right to display commissions on any of my websites, portfolios and social media unless requested not to within reason.

Clients cannot claim my artwork as their own.

Clients cannot use my artwork for commercial or profit uses unless it is discussed beforehand.

Commercial usage will be charged 300% on top of the commission price.

Clients may post their commissioned artwork online ( I ask that you please provide credit when doing so).

Clients cannot edit, trace over or alter the commission without written consent from me,

I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork,

I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client breaks any of my terms.

Clients retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

Prices are negotiable within reason.

Reference Sheets can be paid 50/50

Tips are not mandatory but are greatly appreciated.

Full Payment is required upfront. After a rough/quick sketch or thumbnail is agreed upon.

Payment must be made through Paypal, Cashapp or Kofi.

Clients are responsible for accurately converting payment into USD.

Clients cannot request refunds after a commission is completed.

Clients are not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund

If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

The time it takes to finish your commission may vary 1 week - 4 months and in some cases where the commission is particularly large and detailed it may take longer than that

Clients are always welcome to request updates as time progresses, Images may not be show to client depending on the stage of completion the commission is at.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

--Design Complexity Fee--

If a commission is beyond the complexity of work I usually do or am comfortable doing a design complexity fee may apply (Fee varies depending on the complexity of the work as well as estimated time it will take to finish)

--Rush Fee--

If a commission is time sensitive a rush fee may be applied (Fee varies depending on deadline). Otherwise please be patient as I work on your commission.
